Birchwood Villa is approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World in Polk County, Florida on Highway 27.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping 10 guests. Completed in Spring 2002, Birchwood Villa has a peaceful room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishings and cable TV.
Sleeping accommodation is in 4 bedrooms, all accessible to en-suite bathrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have TV and the 2 twin rooms share a Jack and Jill shower/toilet.
Finally, there is a double sleeper/sofa in the lounge.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything you need. There is a covered area by the pool for you to sit and relax, or why not swim in the pool before you laze in the warm Florida sun.

Policies
Arrival is from 4pm only and the villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. No pets allowed. We operate a no smoking policy. We have an Accidental Damage Waiver policy requirement. This cost is only £30 per holiday.
