Remember these prices are for up to 8 or 10 people.

There is a further 5% discount offered for all Holidays, paid in full, 3 months prior to Holiday start date.  Reservations require full payment, if made within 60 days of arrival.

Pool Heating is recommended between 31st October and 31st March.

Pool Heating is inclusive as above from 31st October to 31st March, outside of these dates there will be a pool heat charge of £20.00 per night.

A surcharge of £60.00 is levied for bookings of less than 7 nights

Policies

Arrival is from 4pm only and the villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. No pets allowed. We operate a no smoking policy. We have an Accidental Damage Waiver policy requirement. This cost is only £30 per holiday.
